OnGame isn't configured by industry — it's configured around your company's own KPIs: if you have a multi-location team (stores, dealers, branches, field staff, shifts) and measurable targets, sales and operations contests can be built on the same platform. Ready-made setup templates exist for the nine industries below — roles, contest examples and tracked KPIs are described separately on each page.
Request a DemoThe same core runs in every industry: the company's ERP data flows into the game and panel layer, KPIs are linked to game modes, operational work is turned into tasks through the audit, task management, announcements & forms, and time-attendance & shift planning modules, Action Center turns the day's opportunity into action, AI Coach generates suggestions, and points earned are spent in the Ongame Shop. What's industry-specific is the KPI set and the contest setup, not the platform.
A multi-location, spread-out team (a store chain, a dealer/agent network, a branch network, a field team, shift-based operations), KPIs that can be read centrally, and a need for visibility — if all three are present, a setup can be built. The industry name determines which KPIs get linked to which game mode.
Each industry page describes that industry's roles and channels, the sales contests that can be built, the operations contests that can be built, the KPIs tracked, what the field manager and head-office team see, and how to get started. KPI sets are finalized during the demo process, based on the customer's own data.
The nine industries below are the structures we encounter most often; the list isn't a closed set. Telecom dealer networks, fuel-station networks and other organizations that run field representatives can be set up with the same core — they're evaluated against your own structure during the demo call.

Fit comes from structure, not from the industry name: if you have a multi-location team (branches, dealers, field staff, shifts) and measurable KPIs, a setup can be built. The nine industries listed are the ones we encounter most often.
The same mode pool — Arena, Duel, Adventure, Clash, Flash Quest, Show & Win, Training, Bug Hunter, Prediction, Tournament — is linked to different KPIs in each industry.
Yes; in areas like manufacturing, logistics and housekeeping, contests are built on audit, task completion, quality and time KPIs.
From the company's own ERP system — such as SAP, Nebim and Microsoft Dynamics 365. OnGame isn't a separate system of record; it's a layer that runs on top of existing data.
